Oooh! That fidget would definitely be a hit in our house, too! That post I did with @mika was one of the HIGHLIGHTS of my year so far! It was amazing to hear from so many folks posting about their own experiences with trying to wind themselves down at night. Some people seem to be incredibly good at it, and some really struggle... And after our family finished a 10 season Friends marathon in our house in December, my daughter restarted her own, so Friends is pretty much always on at our house. ;) PIVOOOTT! (Yes, the fat shaming is out of control. Many conversations in our house about this.)

We've also been going hard on "P like pee-be, H-like ho-be, O like O-be, E like ee-be, Be like Be-be, and E like... 'Ello Mate!" 😂

I’m so glad Marika made my first collab so effortless!

It was nice to work on this habit together and it’s something I refer back to even now!

Thank you Kathryn for including us in your round up! 🥰

Thank you for sharing our interview. It's one of my favorite pieces! Also, I'm very curious to see how you feel FRIENDS is/has held up? I find it still mostly hilarious and definitely a bit of nostalgia feeds into it but there are some things that make me raise my eyebrows A LOT.

I too find it hilarious and I have so many memories associated with this show from watching it in college dorms, to it often being the background noise of any late night endeavors since it could always be found, but the fat shaming/fat phobia, many jokes that degrade women and other remarks here and there make me cringe. And then there is the incredible lack of diversity. It's been interesting.
